Lily
- Fold a sheet of paper in half. I used newspaper like I normally do, but you can use whatever paper you like. Then cut half off the folded sheet, then cut the fold.
- You should end up with two seperate bits of paper. Colour one sheet one colour, and the other sheet another colour (I used yellow).
- Press the sheets so that the yellow sheet is facing you and the blue sheet is facing the other way. Roll it up, then twist the end. Pull out the yellow bit and tuck it under if it's showing under your 'outer sheet'.You should end up with a nice decorative lily to add to your headband, wig or Lord Nelson hat.
Rose Bouquet
1. Use the remains of your folded sheet (Recycle!) and cut the fold like you did with the lily.
2. Fold your sheets together in a horizontal direction. Then fold it vertically.
3. Roll it up and attach it together somehow.
4. Fold out the 'petals'. If you didn't get anything to fold when you made it, cut tassels and fold them out.
5. Add colour. If you're using white paper, you can leave it as is, and if you're using newspaper (like I am) you can keep it as is to have an 'informative' rose bouquet.
TIP: If you want, you can wrap your bouquet with tissue paper and a ribbon to make the perfect finishing touch!
